- We may ask for reasonable proof of identity before releasing personal information.
- We respond within 30 days of receiving a complete request, at no cost, unless the request is manifestly abusive or requires disproportionate effort (in which case we will explain and, if applicable, provide a reasonable cost estimate before proceeding).
